On Arrival

Hummus And Roasted Capsicum Dip — These homemade dips become the perfect starters to turn on your flavour jets.

The perfect blend of chardonnay and pinot a fruit-enhanced with depth of flavour. Exceptional from pour to nose to taste.

First Course

Duck Terrine — “My compliments to the chef.” That may be just what you say after enjoying this tender Confit Duck Terrine wrapped in Proscuitto, with a Wild Berry Relish and Cornichons.

Wine Match: 2012 Piano Piano “Sophie’s Block” Chardonnay (Beechworth, VIC)
“Piano, piano” translates to “Slowly, slowly” in Italian. And that’s just how this beautifully-balanced and impeccably well made chardonnay is meant to be enjoyed. Every sip, every nose… savoured.

Second Course

Smoked Tasmanian Salmon and Avocado Mousse —Flaky perfection in every bite. Dressed with Baby Capers, Red Onion and Tomato Salsa.

Wine Match: 2005 Golden Hawk Black Label Chardonnay by Andraos Bros (Sunbury, VIC)
A one-of-a-kind wine.Golden straw color, nose of melon, grapefruit, vanilla. Creamy and buttery notes on a crème brulee finish. Good acidity and very good length.

Third Course

Eye Fillet — A Victorian Farmed Eye Fillet Of Beef, this flavour-forward dish is paired with a Rosemary And Thyme Scallop Potato, fresh seasonal Vegetables, Onion Marmalade and Red Wine Jus.

Wine Match: 2012 Izway “Bruce” Shiraz (Barossa, SA)
Encapsulating all the beauty and flavour of the Barossa Valley, this is Izway’s first ever wine. A remarkable delectable Shiraz.

Fourth Course

Cheese Tasting Platter — Give your taste buds a grand finale… Exceptional local Cheeses matched with a Quince Paste, golden Crisp Water Crackers, and a Spiced Fruit Loaf.
