Throughout your meal in this one-of-a-kind environment, six Heathcote Wines will be showcased, including wines from Peregrine Ridge and Wild Duck Creek. Have fun tasting, comparing and choosing your favorite!

 

Shared Entrées

To begin your sharing experience, your table will share a selection of mouthwatering dips as well as antipasto plates.

 

Your table will be given plenty of fresh, rustic-style Turkish bread. And you will want to dunk your bread into the homemade Tzatziki, hommus, and romesco dips.

 

In addition, your antipasto plates will consist of Tuscan Olives, Marinated Fetta and Proscuitto — a perfect marriage of briny and rich flavours.

 

Main Entrée

ROAST BEEF EYE FILLET
Roasted for hours for that luscious, melt-in-your-mouth taste, the roast beef at The Kingston Hotel is second to none. Accompanying your beef is a selection of BABY CARROTS, MUSHROOM MEDLEY, as well as BEANS and SEEDED MUSTARD JUS. And a paired wine or two to wash it down! 

 

PORK CUTLET
For those who prefer, we offer an original perspective on pork. Your cutlet is partnered with DUCK FAT KIPFLERS, MISO-CURED PORK CHEEK, ASPARAGUS, SPICED APPLE PUREE, and a STICKY JUS to soak up the flavours. Rest assured, we have Heathcote wines that go perfectly with pork.

 

NEW ZEALAND KING SALMON

Fresh salmon done right is hard to beat! And The Kingston Hotel’s salmon always gets rave reviews. Your salmon is nested on a bed of PEA AND BABY MINT RISOTTO, along with FRIED PRAWN TAILS and CONFIT CHERRY TOMATOES. Our Heathcote wines will pair perfectly with your flaky fish.
